Please note - we aim to reply to emails as quickly as possible. Our aim is to reply within 48 hours term time. Our staff are not all full time, and will not be able to reply while tutoring. The office will be a skeleton staff during holiday periods, and closed fully for 10 days between Christmas and New Year. Staff do not check their emails at home or on weekends.
For help with S.E.N, bursary help, and non-course related questions, please email the general email address and you will be referred to the correct team member - either on the Artemis staff local team, or a specialist on the BCT team in London. All emails are treated in the strictest confidence.
