Artemis College Pathways

Your route into the Performing Arts

Dreaming of a career in the performing arts? Artemis Pathways is a brand-new programme designed to help young performers take the next step — whether that’s working towards joining Artemis College or developing specialist skills alongside school or another course.

Pathways offers two exciting training routes, giving every learner the chance to train in a professional, creative, and supportive environment while gaining recognised qualifications and the confidence to move forward in their journey.

Option 1

Full-Time Pathway (Post-16)

For learners aged 16 and above who are passionate about performing but not quite ready for our full-time Level 3 programmes, the Full-Time Pathway provides the perfect stepping stone.

Learners will:

  • Train in acting, dance, and singing with industry professionals.

  • Work towards a Level 2 qualification in Performing Arts — the foundation needed for higher-level study.

  • Re-sit GCSE English and/or Maths to meet essential entry requirements.

  • Build the confidence, creativity, and discipline that define an Artemis performer.

This course is ideal for those who want to refine their skills, gain qualifications, and prepare for the challenge of full-time professional training.

Option 2

Part-Time Pathway (After-School / Weekend)

For learners aged 14–16 who want to study Performing Arts alongside school, our part-time option offers focused, exciting training in a supportive environment.

Perfect for those whose schools don’t offer Performing Arts at GCSE or who simply want to take their training further, this programme will offer specialist routes such as:

  • Dance Pathway

  • Acting Pathway

Learners will explore performance, technique, and creativity while working towards a recognised Level 2 qualification, taught by experienced professionals who bring out every student’s potential.

Progression

Completing an Artemis Pathways course helps learners gain the skills, qualifications, and experience to progress to:

  • The Artemis College Level 3 Performing Arts programmes

  • Further specialist training or education

  • A stronger foundation for creative and academic success

Please note: completion of a Pathways course does not guarantee automatic entry onto an Artemis College programme. All applicants must still meet the required entry criteria and audition standards.
