Welcome to Artemis College Parents’ Evening

We look forward to welcoming you to our online Parents’ Evening.

You may choose to book meetings with as many or as few members of staff as you wish, depending on what would be most helpful for you. Each online meeting is limited to 10 minutes to allow us to speak with as many parents and carers as possible during the evening.

Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email for each meeting, which will include the video link needed to join the appointment at the scheduled time.

If you are unable to secure a meeting with a particular tutor, please consider booking with another member of staff, as our team works closely together and shares an overview of each learner’s progress and support. If you would still like to speak with a specific tutor who is unavailable on the evening, you are very welcome to email them directly to arrange a further conversation.

If, at the end of your meeting, further discussion is needed or you have any remaining questions, a follow-up conversation can be arranged at a later date.
