Niki Robinson
Founder, CEO & Artistic Director
With the help of her amazing and ambitious team, Niki founded Artemis College in January 2018 (having founded Artemis Studios in 2007).
Niki is a professional producer and member of Stage One. She also founded and runs Artemis Studios, RHH Agency and co-owns Henchbird Productions and The Windsor Globe.
Niki is a LAMDA examiner and weekends and holidays can be found all over the U.K examining students of all ages. Niki is one of fewer than 150 qualified LAMDA examiners world wide.
Niki was one of the founding members of the BRIT School in London, where she studied Musical Theatre. She has a BA in English Literature (children’s stories), a Post Grad in Directing Text (National Theatre/Royal Central) and a Masters in Applied Theatre (Royal Central School of Speech and Drama).
Her next ambition for Artemis is to be able to offer all our classes and courses (not just those at the college) free to young people aged 3-24 who would like to train and benefit from creative arts. She made Artemis non profit in 2014 and cut all paid for class fees in half in response to COVID and the financial challenges it brought parents and guardians. She is a firm believer in the arts as a tool for self development and self expression - beyond the vocational, and that all children and young adults should have access.
When she is not working - she likes to talk about her cats (6, plus strays!) and Disney.
